Pros
Pay was great for no experience, benefits were competitive, the management team knew everyone, office and warehouse employees treated similarly, great break room though they expanded the break room at the expense of the in house work out room
Cons
work was absolutely boring, new males hired spent a majority of their time loading trucks instead of packing, new females spent a decent amount of time sorting packages up front instead of packing, extremely antisocial job, potential to make a latitudinal jump to picking but no real opportunity to move up, mandatory overtime cut into work/life balance (normal shift is 11-7 with up to 2 hours mandatory overtime), all breaks clumped into one 1 hour break
