Cafeteria and fitness center. Good place for warehouse workers or non-knowledge workers.
Cons
No coaching, mentoring, no proper direction for career. Horrible leadership, zero dollars spent on employee training. Zero flexibility in terms of WFH; You are mourning? Come to work. You had a baby? Come to work. Your kids schools are closed due to sub zero temperatures? Just come to work. No adoption to latest technological trends. They have a Glassdoor representative sitting in the office whose task is to make sure negative reviews do not affect the company. Good resources are fleeing the company like crazy.
