If you want to work for a manager who doesn't follow dress code policy... Or any policy for that matter come to Grapevine Will chew gum, wear items of clothing outside of the policy but complain or send people home for doing the same Store manager is never on the floor and always in the back.. Has other managers give feedback on performance so she doesn't have to Will write people up for being late, but is NEVER on time herself Want your time card changed 10-20 minutes just because... Once again Grapevine is the store for you! Store is always a mess and gets blamed on sales associates, but yet a select few managers don't even know what the standards are. Store manager has been here a year, it has taken a turn for the worse The assistant year also been there years, but only does what the SM tells her to do.
