Pros

In the right department, you can travel quite a bit and learn a lot about how NOT to run a $5b business. In most departments, you will encounter no room for career growth. In fact, the stated position of the company is that you need to blaze your own trail for a career path.

Cons

This is a company trying to grow in a race to the bottom. The brand's only growth is in Europe and emerging markets, and those are places that do not see UA as a premium brand. The push is to enter lower and lower price points, at higher and higher margin to satisfy shareholders and leadership. Once upon a time, this place was aspiring to be Nike; Today, they are succeeding in becoming Champion and Reebok of the early 1990's. Almost everyone has to sign a non compete, which is exceptionally broad and, recently, always enforced. Word is out on the street that UA enforces the NCA's, so it is very difficult to get out of the company. Be warned...
