I have to update my optimism on this company. It was a great opportunity with good benefits. 100% of all insurance premiums were paid and, a good salary is offered if you negotiate for it. Employees who have been there for a long time have no problem in educating you in the ways of navigating the Peleman-Vanteighems.
Cons
The latest barrage of positive reviews came from people who wanted to keep their jobs. Who doesn't want to keep their job? That being said, new employees are held to impossible, unwritten standards and, if you are contemplating a job in the marketing department, I suggest you only accept if you go in believing this is a "90 day contract."
Know you will get emails in Flemish and wingdings. You will get as many as 90 subject only emails from one person between 2am and 5am.
