Pros

Good benefits from day one, plenty of holiday time off, convenient location and Belgian chocolate.

Cons

No leadership at any level, the CEO and executive team do not want to hear the truth about their management staff in any way. The salespeople compete with themselves for sales, there is lack of transparency in how they pay you and orders are messed up almost daily. The company tries to innovate by recycling ideas from 1985, this isn't Back to the Future guys! No advancement opportunities.

Pros

Healthcare coverage 100%, but there are other companies ITP who offer the same thing nowadays.

Cons

Very toxic environment. Lack of support from management. Lack of career advancement opportunities. No yearly salary adjustments or raises nor bonuses, unless you brown nose to the CEO or Chairman (a very weird daughter-father relationship). Most staff is underpaid and undervalued, especially any hourly employee. No telecommuting. Sexual harassment and racism run rampant and isn't reprimanded. The business' day-to-day operations are run by incompetent people with little or no corporate experience, and who are high on power trips.
