Cons
Filthy office, literally. Garbage is taken out mid morning. Lunch garbage festers overnight and there are flies. Vaccuming is done every once in a while...mid morning while everyone is on the phones. I have literally put a customer on hold until the vacuum is far enough away that it is possible to hold a conversation again. Management who doesn't understand they can't just do anything. There are managers who are allowed to scream and and swear at customers and employees. I have seen employees get disiplined at the water cooler. There are managers who think they can send out emails regarding cells phones and cleavage to only those who have cleavage. Procedures are not written down and are often changed by email. You may receive several emails a day with procedural changes. Then the next day or week have the same procedures changed back or changed again. Nepotism abounds! If you want benefits be prepared to put 50% of your monthly pay check towards them.
