Pros
1. Holiday days. 2. Shortened work Fridays for winter/summer. 3. Great, friendly people. 4. Nice office environment.
Cons
1. Slow career progression. Unruly favours years of service over performance and quality of work. New members will struggle to promote unless they are able to achieve a very specific skill set / favoured by the leader. The company did not care about my professional growth. 2. Poor communication top down from executives to ground-level teams. 3. Uncompetitive salary packages. Paid poorly for high-pressured jobs. 4. Team leaders and managers lack training and experience in running and managing teams. More managers than executives, leading to executives being overworked and doing a lot of the work without the recognition nor credit. 5. Lacking innovation on all levels. Every process improvement goes through months of iteration, without any clear output. No clear leadership on goals to achieve. 6. Change can only happen at C-suite/top levels. Feedback or ideas from the bottom are often dismissed.
