      Michael Pay is extremely low and they expect you to dedicate your life to the company Fired many people with no reasoning Reward the people their close to vs who works hard Cult like environment( cool kids vs nerds)

      I love my team and the dynamic we have created. We have each other's backs and will always be available to help each other. The work life balance is pretty great!

      Pay could be better Feels like we aren't paid the market value of this position.

      Pros

      Young company in the US with potential to grow and opportunities to learn for entry level. There were cool things in the office like snacks, occasional lunches, game table.

      Cons

      Lots of disconnect between headquarters (London) and external offices. Not enough people support so some of us were overworked at times.
