Pros

Growth opportunities Vast variety of work Fast paced Friendly team and helpful environment Your work is implemented and credit is given Mentorship for freshers Sincere manager's Good portfolio avenues Good authority in the company if leaders like you Insurance, leaves are good, team-building activities Dynamic brand with multiple avenues and awards

Cons

Toxic leadership, ignores cases of bias,POSH and sexism Founder is too self-absorbed to acknowledge new ideas or the reality if something works of fails HR tech brand but you're given no tech to support you, very manual work Environment is more focused on blame games rather than guidance for the actual work done Office building is poorly made, washrooms are less and difficult to use and maintain. Dangerous construction equipments and materials lie in the office way. Frequent wifi issues in the company Poor pay for freshers 5 days a week with punch in times and leave cuts if you're late by 1 min. If you're doing important work but founder doesn't think it's important, you're not required Access to basic common tools and platforms is not given so your skills set is stagnant High attrition rate Meetings after hours, work life balance is poor

Pros

Average work. So just work and get paid. No need to put your all in, save that time and energy for the things that matter to you.

Cons

If you stay for 2 or more than 2yrs. There is nothing more the company offers for your career growth.
