Pros
I've been with Platform.sh for 2+ years now, and my overall experience has been very positive. Work-life balance is great, fully remote with flexible schedule that allows for a healthy personal and professional life. The team is very supportive, collaborative, and genuinely great to work with. Fresh new blood is definitely positively impacting the culture, we have some great leaders. While the company is not in it's hyper growth phase now (budget restrictions, not hiring excessively) there are a lot of exciting opportunities for growth and learning. Cons
There are a lot of people here who have been here for many years which is overall positive and a great sign of retention of talent, but some are here for the wrong reasons and too comfortable to challenge themselves. Some people should not be managers.
