Current micro economic situation has made it extremely difficult to operate. It seems like the company had over hired and now finding it difficult to operate in a financially viable way, Engineering culture is ok. Lower your expectations if you are coming from any tier 2/3 level tech companies. Don’t join if you are from tier 1 tech firm.

Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
