      The staff are great, their recruiting team is excellent. Some of the best and the brightest work there.

      Cons

      LT doesn't seem to have a future plan for the company, constantly doing layoffs to compensate for a successful revenue generating vision.

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Cons

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
