Pros
Amazing job! Loved who I worked with, incredible benefits and pay, and an amazing pension program I only left cuz I needed to stay home with my kids.
Cons
It does take a while to get the seniority for a decent schedule and if you are someone who is tardy a lot this is not the job for you because if you are more than a minute and 59 seconds late it’s a Missout. 8 miss outs and your fired. It is hard for them to be flexible with the schedule however because it is a transit company and the trains gotta keep moving so they need operators
