Pros

Benefits are decent. Health Insurance is great. Pension is good but you make so much less than market wage that in the end, it doesn’t really mean that much.

Cons

Everything else but the benefits. UTA has hired new executives and they are out to prove their worth and are making their teams miserable. There are multiple lawsuits against UTA for discrimination, hostile work environment. One executive rated its entire team “below” acceptable but this person was only there a few weeks. Morale sunk, people are leaving and the the bosses boss is doing nothing to fix any of it, except sends weekly songs out to the entire organization. I’m Not kidding. Instead of meaningful contribution and communication, he emails songs an out on Monday as staff are dropping like flies. They preach safety first but put their employees in unsafe buildings, including their operations facilities. If you are at the corporate location, expect to spend hundreds of hours on busy work and endless meetings that don’t improve your job. Qualified and competent people leave because they can’t take it, and the rest of the organization floats along.pay is easily 20% below market, they know and advertise this. It’s a mess.

Pros

Good benefits and lots of advancement opportunities. The people are great to work with as well. I enjoy the goals and objectives of the company to provide public transit.

Cons

The same as most jobs, but nothing worth mentioning specifically.

Pros

There are benefits are decent and They have a pension.

Cons

Lack of integrity, poor management, and there's no leadership at all. It's all do as I say, not as I do mentality. No one trusts anyone plus management likes to pitch people against each other.
