      Pros

      - Super super nice and warm colleagues, everyone works hard for the company's mission - Security team is super strong and protective of the company - Very good management team who cares for their team

      Cons

      - It is fully remote, gets a bit lonely sometimes, and sometimes have to accommodate working hours from other colleagues around the world - Less benefits than other companies as this is still a very small company - Slightly understaffed for its current size, needs more capacity
