Pros

- Fully remote - The company provides your computer Equipment, office set up and a UPS. - Unlimited leave policy - There are monthly meet-ups and yearly offsites, which help foster connections with your colleagues. - You can specialise in your department and take on projects to build a better department - Great team leads, who look out for you and help you grow to where you want to go. - GREAT team, who are friendly and helpful.

Cons

- There is a tendency within the support department for micromanagement - Gruelling work hours, rotational shifts and expectation to be at computer always. - Head of department stifles career growth but you can work around that by working smart - HR is only there to protect the company, they do not look out for employees at all. - Insidious culture of silence regarding salaries - Pay disparity - If client work is not your passion the job can get monotonous
