Pros
Great team, always hard working. The customer support manager is awesome and very friendly. Most, if not all, upper management and lower manager are very approachable. All other departments are friendly, kind and always on top of things. Free coffee all the time and food on occasion.
Cons
No company merchandise. Biggest issue that i saw is they really don't invest time in training their employees. A lot of it is sink or swim. CEO can be unprofessional. According to former employees, she tends to make fun of individuals and can be egotistical.
