Voi is a company still run by very immature and young business leaders, therefore there is no long term vision and understanding of how to properly execute business decisions for the future. Voi's only goal is to be profitable as soon as possible and therefore will make rash decisions that only get them as far as the next quarter. This includes mass lay offs, continual structural changes and unethical and unsustainable treatment of the employees, business partners, and customers alike. When working at Voi you will never walk into the office feeling secure in your job as it has been seen lately that people find out about the meeting telling them they are being let go approximately 1 hr before it takes place. The words transparency ring through the office halls on a daily basis but it is clear this is nothing more than a buzzword meant to sound enticing but has no actual place in the company. The managers and executives are everything but transparent and treat the employees as a disposable product who they can squeeze thousands of working hours out of and then let them go without any explanation, no compensation and no empathy. The human aspect of Voi has completely disappeared and greed is at the forefront of the operations sacrificing sustainability, ethical treatment and human emotion.
