      - Cool research - Highly skilled colleagues - Relaxed working atmosphere - Freedom to research and invent

      - Salary (absolutely horrible considering the required skill level and the value R&D is creating - Vaisala stated quite clearly that they do not even try to compete with salary but with other means, i.e. see Pros above)

      Generally a small company Decent PTO Quality Products and solution

      Pay not up to standard Starting to become a Micro-managed company Benefits (401-K) not up to par with others Greed at the top; making targets that are not realistic. Now more added management layers that only monitor the workers
