Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

They are now reading your teams chats and threatening you for violating their electronic policy if you say you texted someone because you aren't allowed to do work outside of work channels. We have crew who are actively calling clients from their cell phones and I'm in trouble because, though they can't prove anything, they are threatening for saying I texted someone. This company threatens more than I've seen and goes after people in a way that continues to get them sued. I've also seen them try and go after propels LinkedIn page, until they got hit with a harassment lawsuit. Beware. They are crazy and their policies are harassment and they target who they want to target. Don't believe anyone who says, yeah the Kay is low but the benefits are good. The benefits are on par with the rest of big companies but at vanguard, you will constantly be treated poorly and harassed.

Pros

Awesome coworkers for young professionals. Paid licensing for a few months.

Cons

Micromanagement is out of control. Incompetent team leaders who are obsessed with power and metrics. Back to back calls, limited support, and nearly impossible effective communication between departments. Zero time to cultivate culture because you are taking calls every second of the day except for 30min/1hr lunch and two 15 minute breaks. You’re locked into your role for over a year (apprenticeship for around 60 days, then a year after promotion to associate) and your team leaders will not approve internal applications unless you are “eligible”.
