Flexible hours, decent pay - but this is nothing when compared with the cons.

Seeing people put more than a star on here hasn't worked here in years. There is so much wrong with this company. The CEO is wasting investor money on things that are not building growth. There hasn't been a decent sale in YEARS. These people are getting paid BUCCO bucks just to be in an office. I loved working here before the new CEO came, and even then, I thought the outcome would be good. But I realized he had no problem throwing people under the bus for his mistakes and wouldn't take any responsibility for his unprofessionalism. Management plays games, is completely unprofessional with relationships, and ruins peoples' sanity. Best thing I ever did was walk out, and I should have done it earlier.
