Benefits are below industry standard, Company is investing in moving more jobs to India. While they might still hire in the US, those jobs are going to be low paying jobs. I've decided to move on because the general path the company is taking seems to be to move all the jobs to India that can be moved. I cannot sit by and watch them walk my friends and colleagues out because they feel that they are expendable. Really good people were laid off and we weren't even allowed to say goodbye. Since our parent company bought us, things have been on a race to the bottom. Everyone is demoralized and those of us that see the writing on the wall are leaving at a rapid pace. It's very sad to leave people behind because I'm scared of what the future holds for them. The new management made org changes that didn't take into consideration anyone's strengths and the result is chaos and stress. Very sad to see this happen to what used to be an awesome company to work for. Sort the reviews by date...
