      Pros

      Much like working for yourself except you get a salary and commission. Great support mechanisms in place for your job. Easy to job for seasoned sales folks.

      Cons

      No support for travel expenses - mileage is on your dime, however you are expected to go out and hunt. Middle management is tricky - there are some great sales managers, there are some not so great.

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
