      Can't think of anything except seniority vacation time.

      Cons

      Health insurance options, no raises in last 5 years, company isn't giving employees any incentives, lack of respect for employees and suggestions by employees are not take in to consideration for improving work conditions.

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
