Pros
Easy access to Execs, pretty relaxed environment and a young professional group. Good work life balance and solid company values.
Cons
Only appreciated if you're in sales or truckload brokerage. Account Managers not appreciated. Time off can be difficult as we do not have enough AMs to cover accounts. People quite often promoted due to being a favorite rather upon merit.
