Good opportunities to move around and learn different roles in other departments. They like to promote within. Most of the managers leave you alone and you are not micro managed like in some other companies. I ran into former work friends here from a previous employer that were also running away from being super micromanaged.
Cons
They don't always have the best processes to do things, you are left to ask around and use your contacts to figure things out.
