-There is a major lack of respect from management. They are very untrustworthy and everything boils down to office politics. -Micro-managing is openly encouraged and passed on to colleagues who report back to management. -Growth opportunities are non existent and there is no roadmap for development. They are not interested in promoting within, so if you are looking for another opportunity, you will likely be blocked by management. -There is blatant favoritism . If issues arise with certain employees, they will not be addressed. HR is not on-site and therefore not very involved. -Workloads are distributed very unevenly (i.e. favoritism) and they are constantly in a state of being understaffed. Certain people are given more work than they can handle which leads to them feeling obligated to work off the clock or late in the night/weekend. -Management is not transparent. Information is withheld constantly when changes are on the horizon.
