      Changes over the last year have damaged culture and morale. At the highest level of leadership, there seems to be little interest in prioritizing employee needs.

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
