Autonomy and trust in projects, reasonable wages, passable benefits. The work is interesting
Cons
Promotions and pay rises are hard to come by, though recent changes to process means annual pay reviews are being implemented. Snr management is utterly focused on driving increase to revenue at the cost of focus on people. End quarter company updates just focus on revenue streams, and excellence in client delivery is an occasional footnote.
