5yThank you for your review, We are pleased to see that you enjoyed our flexible working hours and working from home option. We are disappointed to hear that you would not recommend working here. To address a couple of your concerns, we have fair, transparent and well documented Career Path Development process, giving all of our employees the opportunity to grow their career with us. We encourage all of our employees to create a CPD plan and discuss regularly with their managers. To empower employees to progress through their career, our Pathways platform supports all employees in gaining the necessary skills and competencies to develop their career. We like to reward our employees for their efforts, particularly if they take on additional responsibilities, this is done through our quarterly Profit Share scheme.
Our Core Values are central to everything we do at Version 1, as an example one is Customer First, our customer success managers will listen closely to the needs of our customers and will only sell projects that are feasible and achievable. To your final point, yes we do have two great locations in India, in Bangalore and Pune to support our growing business.
