I can only speak from my own experience, I do believe it depends on the team that you are put on when joining. However from my experience: - The worst management I have dealt with throughout my professional career. Borderline bullying employees. Complete lack of technical experience and understanding of processes. -Inappropriate remarks made to employees and total lack of respect towards them. - Expected to work unpaid overtime at the drop of a hat. No notice and no pay. - Personal phone number given to clients (without consent) who would ring at any hour. - Contacted out of hours on weekends and on personal leave. Expected to answer. - Painfully understaffed. Very high turnover. - Witnessed someone join the team and expected to lead a release to production a week later . - No appropriate training of Graduates.
