Pros
Benefits, ability to grow, multiple career paths
Cons
Constant turnover leading to micro-management to no oversight at all. A lot of managers attempting to make names for themselves creating a lot of backstabbing so that they can attempt to advance. Managers typically advance into higher ranks on account of their ability to become close friends with Sr Directors though they have no customer relationship skills nor ability to manage KPIs. Most Managers rarely even go to their sites which leaves technicians doing their own thing, which leads to increased down turbines and upset customers. Directors are unaware as they only show up to locations announced, so the manager is able to come in and align their techs on what to say when Sr Leadership does arrive.
