Pros
Some of the sales guys are decent on a personal level You can earn a good salary doing pretty much nothing if you appeal to management's ego and play the game
Cons
Management are incompetent and place unrealistic expectations on the sales team. They don't provide the resources for sales to deliver the required outcomes. Often good staff are pushed out the door and then they move other staff from one role to another and everyones too afraid to say they don't want to do it. I got put in as role last year after a good staff member was bullied out the door for questioning management. My manager was supposed to train me but spends most of the week on the golf course and never gets back to me or anyone else, including customers. Management often tell staff to do unethical things to screw other managers and rort customers and there's a lot of pettiness and unprofessionalism in the branches. There's no training other than bringing in their old cronie mates to rip the company off and then kickback to management for ridiculous expensive useless training . There are so many people at this company doing courses, renovating their kids house or socialising during working hours and most people are job hunting its not funny. I'm playing management and have a good thing going while I look for another job and they seriously have no clue and i don'the even feel bad about it because of the way they treat everyone. I worked for the competitor and really regret coming back to this place now but i was promised all this BS that never happened. There's a lot of politics here and it's an ok place to work if you can't get a job and need a salary temporarily while you find something else. All the positive reviews would be from management because I don't know anyone in this business thats happy and not looking to jump ship.
