Business outlook
Pros
- We still operate as a startup which means many of us wear multiple hats. While that can be viewed as a con, it's really more of a pro because we're all learning and growing quicker than we would at a larger, more established company. - People here are truly the kindest people I've ever worked with. It's refreshing to see the genuine care we all have for our colleagues.
Cons
- Compensation isn't super competitive in some departments. However our benefits are incredible and that is definitely worth a lot of money! - 2023 was turbulent. We're on the right path now and leadership is careful not to over hire.
