      Co-workers are what make the place special. Very smart and hard working people.

      Change of leadership every year (at minimum), re-orgs happening almost quarterly the past two years which have led to several waves of layoffs

      constant re-orgs and small lay-offs, company has a new CEO every 12 months with a completely new vision, Amazing direct managers but company has no idea who they are or what they want to be.
