It's a very self-driven work environment, which is not exactly a bad thing but just something I'm not quite use to

Nice designs but at what cost?

This company gives unrealistic deadlines and gives unfair treatment to other interns, they are dishonest, give opportunities to some and neglect others, no one there is willing to help you or teach you anything. They use you to work for them for free, and blame you for other designer’s mistakes because you’re an intern. I watch all the designers stress all day and work overtime and not get paid, and the bosses expect more from them each day. They do so many projects at once with so little staff because they’re money hungry.
