- Talented team but most of them left - Encourages creativity and conceptual thinking

- Micromanagement - Unfair treatment - Empty promises - Unrealistic expectations without any help or support - Complain and blame on employees, but doesn’t provide constructive feedback to improve - Lack of growth and progression
