Pros

- Great people to work with - Nice culture - Pleasant enough offices - Some very talented people - Variety of work - Can make an impact - Able to pick up a wide range of experience - People that leave Virgin Mobile tend to have good opportunities

Cons

- Rules dictated from the parent company; poor WFH policy, lack of salary increases/inflation-based pay rise, lack of meaningful benefits, etc - Quite a high turnover; staff leaving for competitive pay and opportunities not available at Virgin Mobile - Some poor performance goes unchallenged - Headcount is rarely added where needed, but workload is increased, despite the company being profitable - Prides themselves on being a modern, digital company but dictated by a parent company that is stuck in the 1900s

Pros

At the time i got a free phone line with unlimited data and calling across canada now you pay $20 a month still great 50% off every other line you add to your account. Best place i've worked for. Great commission i made $450 every 2 weeks in only commisision as a full time. Benefits are great bec you get discounts at BELL as well. TV and etc. Benefit are killer, discount on car insurance i was payin $95/mth on my first suv one way. your team becomes your 2nd family.

Cons

I left bec Regional Manager was not so understanding and i got a new manager who wouldn't allow us to speak to other ppl who worked at the mall, not even mall admin however i worked there 4 1/2 years without a problem before management change. Ive had the Best leaders and leanrned so much there.
