Pros
Overall, Virtustream provides a perfect blend of enhanced productivity with a relaxing atmosphere for it's employees. With a positive work environment both remote and in office, Virtustream enables it's employees to be successful in the workplace while acknowledging them for their accomplishments. Although a small company, working for Virtustream opens the door to both Dell EMC and Dell Inc., allowing staff to gain a plethora of experience participating in projects of varying scale and variety. I would recommend Virtustream to any colleague looking for an opportunity to advance their career.
Cons
As many staff members work remote, the onus is on Virtustream employees to keep an open line of communication between their coworkers. While not a deal-breaker by any means, developing working relationships with coworkers and team members can occasionally prove challenging.
