      Nice office with stocked kitchen. Weekly all-hands meetings

      Cons

      -Poor leadership and execution -Lack of strategy and vision (they recently added "Scale Predictably" as a core value of the business, as if that's not something every high-growth startup should be focused on LOL) -Highly political -High turnover for a growth startup
