Zero direction from leadership. Co founders are in their early 20s and have no experience with financial advice or technology startups. CEO thinks he is the next Zuckerberg and is changing the face of financial advice. CEO is not engaged, barely speaks to staff, and is too busy taking private jets to investor meetings. Leadership has shiny-object syndrome and are too focused on being a billion dollar company rather than building a strong business with product market fit (of which there is very little). Late April 5 star reviews are from the HR team (chief people officer also left in May). Significant layoffs in May, c-suite has been out the door over the past few months. no strategic vision. Do not work here if you want to have a fruitful career.
