Pros

Friendly Environment , learning environment , Musical with Tea & Coffee. Service.

Cons

This company is deeply flawed, especially from an employee's perspective. Many workers openly refer to themselves as "slaves" and seem resigned to it. As a 24-hour production house, there are no designated leaves—not even on Diwali. If a new employee requests leave, their per-day salary is deducted. There are no fixed working hours; employees are expected to work endlessly until tasks are completed. The owner, Amit, is notorious for his abusive behavior. He flaunts his luxurious lifestyle while dominating the studio with shouting, insults, and harsh language directed at his employees. Salaries are not paid on time, and excessive deductions are made—from late arrivals to leave penalties. Just three late remarks result in a full day's salary loss. The workplace itself is a depressing, pitch-black studio filled with screens that stifle creativity. The environment drains energy, leading to dullness, stress, and prominent dark circles under employees’ eyes.

Pros

There is no best reason to work with visual birds studio

Cons

It is very bad studio. There is no holiday and no weekend, everyone needs to work 365 day and every sunday or holiday you need to come to office. If anyone denied to come to office so he will be fired on the same time. Also you need to work 14 to 16 hour work everyday and if there is any priority project so you will not able to go to home for 3 to 4 day’s.
