There are no fixed working hours; employees are expected to work endlessly until tasks are completed. The owner, Amit, is notorious for his abusive behavior. He flaunts his luxurious lifestyle while dominating the studio with shouting, insults, and harsh language directed at his employees. Salaries are not paid on time, and excessive deductions are made—from late arrivals to leave penalties. Just three late remarks result in a full day's salary loss. The workplace itself is a depressing, pitch-black studio filled with screens that stifle creativity. The environment drains energy, leading to dullness, stress, and prominent dark circles under employees’ eyes.
