Pros
This is a growing company (even during COVID) with tons of opportunities! There are awesome employee perks already and more robust benefits coming soon (just announced). The team is great and very supportive and dedicated. And, the business model is very unique, meaning there are roles that get to be involved in things that usually aren't in the same job description: like science type stuff alongside marketing or a nutrition/ IT help desk role. :D Very fun team and neat things happening everyday. Even though we're a start-up, we're a very data-driven organization where the details are cared about. Detail-oriented people who also love change and startups will enjoy the unusual combination.
Cons
Everyday brings a new challenge and new accomplishments, but that isn't for everyone. Due to COVID, we can't get together as a team in the same way as we might like but we have big plans once it's safe! And, in the meantime, virtual games and coffees.
