6yThank you for your feedback, it is great to hear from a current employee working in Vizor! I agree it is a great mix of nationalities and I am delighted you feel we recognize and reward our staff - it is something I am passionate about and the very reason we rolled out the peer nomination scheme.
Yes... Parking does continue to be a challenge. We do try to prioritize based on several factors such as distance from the office, car pool etc but it is hard when the number of spaces is limited. I am currently working with some ideas around a power app where we could share spaces more efficiently. watch this space!
On the subject of tech, yes our application has years of development and features and it is difficult to maintain the balance of investment between features and technology given the schedule and budget challenges we face. Our work to build out our innovation strategy and recent work on APIs, machine learning POC and other regtech opportunities are starting to filter down to more teams so hopefully people are getting to work on exciting new projects.
We have also invested in moving to Azure over the past 12 months and are rolling out services to our clients in this area, this is something we will hopefully see more benefit from both internally and in terms of service innovation for our clients as we get more experience.
