Over a sustained period, I have been subjected to behaviour which I consider to amount to mistreatment, including continued gross misconduct by members of management. I believe there have also been serious breaches of the company’s duty of care towards me, as well as breaches of the implied duty of trust and confidence owed to employees. My grievance was not upheld by a team leader who is friends with the manager,. This does not mean I was not subjected to the treatment I was for over 2 years. Less than 30% of grievances are upheld because managers protect managers, HR protects managers. I wish nothing more to do with the toxic and hostile environment advisors have been subjected to on the service desk. Bullying Harassment Mental and emotional abuse Public humiliation Sexism Micro-agression Manipulation Gaslighting The desk is rife with all of the above AND IT IS CONTINUING TO HAPPEN!!! Managers favour the "yes" people and discard the hardworking, skilled people.
