Pros
An excellent brand that is at the centre of a very exciting industry. Good development from a training perspective with a great deal of focus on people managers acting as supportive coaches. Strong company vision and strategy with integration of CWW making the proposition very strong.
Cons
Back office systems are clunky, sales team resource bias against support team meaning there is a slow turn around on sales proposals. Company is perceived as being arrogant but its not. Its just very big and doesn't find it easy do anything custom. The business is built on driving scale. Very tough commission scheme means its hard to over achieve against targets and earn big. Work life balance isn't great due to high workload.
