Liars: from the beginning of interviews, they're lying about lifecycle development and overall company's processes . They're Lying about benefits, they told about a lot of benefits, but they stacked somewhere and you have to fight for something they told as a company's trend. CEO has no idea about the software house processes, the worst thing is that is not willing to learn at all about it, so brings the same quality employees as he is, he is lying at every word, first time in my life i meet such a person. HR department is not answering in emails, they didn't care about you, if you suggest about what they have to improve, you are a black sheep for them. Fake awards included in their menu. Racism/Sexism: Employees still have a mentality of 70's , company is advertising a diversity friendly mentality, but they have to improve and teach current employees firstly, their subsidiary company Vodafone Innovus mostly. Knowledge: they have not any knowledge that can use for the company'e sustainability, either technically or business, the worst thing is that they aren't willing to improve themselves . Sales: the sales department, low quality employees and ruid persons, they don't care about the development department, they sell anything the customer want's without any process. * arbitrary decisions from CEO are the "best seller" in their menu. ** worst environment for developers, for your mental health & self improvement, stay away.
