- Entrepreneurship culture and feeling - locations in more than 20 countries - one of most visible areas of Vodafone to work - great feedback from customers and analysts ( Gartner, Ovum... ) - fast growth ( from 60 to 700 people in 3 years ) - very dynamic market, dealing with the biggest corporate customers and competing against the best Telecoms, IT and new on-online players
Cons
- as a startup type of company, growth is top priority - lack of proceses and ways to achieve things other than energy and push - most times there's no defined way to do something in a new way and lots of energy and some conflict is needed to push it through - hits all of the internal barriers of the old Vodafone way of doing things - running fast but not learning from success or failures to make it easier the next time - suffers the global vs local priorities and interests, as it seats across both - quickly changing market with lots of pressure to compete with old and new players
